I’ve lived in a tiny village in Benin Africa. I bounced around from ashram to ashram throughout India. I studied meditation in a Buddhist monastery in Nepal. I grew up on a farm in South Carolina, bartended in hotels on the beaches of southern California, and eventually worked on Broadway in New York City. I’ve lived so many lives and the one thing that never changes is my desire to improve myself and pass that knowledge onto others.
